COSTA MESA, Calif., Nov. 19, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- TOCA Football, Inc, a sports technology and supplemental training business specializing in indoor soccer training centers, opened its newest location in Lynnwood, Wash., November 17. The Lynnwood facility is an expansion from TOCA's Redmond, Wash., location, which was founded by the Schmetzer family with a 40-year history of developing college and professional soccer players in the Pacific Northwest.

TOCA Lynnwood boasts four training studios designed to foster an engaging, mistake-friendly environment to breed confidence and empower individuals to "find their best" through quality repetitions in game-like situations (approximately 500-700 touches within a 50-minute session). More than 15 million soccer balls have been delivered via the Touch Trainer (ball-delivery machine) world-wide, with currently 30 thousand more deliveries to players every day.

"As a native of Seattle, I'm pleased with the success TOCA has had in developing athletes of all ages and their effort to grow the game locally," said Brian Schmetzer, manager of the Seattle Sounders. "TOCA's a powerful supplemental tool that drastically improves players of all skill levels through its technology and small-ball philosophy to improve precision and overall playing ability."

"I'm hoping that all of the soccer players in this area take advantage of a really nice facility," Schmetzer said.

TOCA burst onto the scene in the fall of 2014 with its first training facility and is expanding across the U.S. and internationally. Professional teams, schools, clubs and other soccer-minded consumers of all skill levels are drawn to TOCA for its development of well-rounded players through quality repetitions and game-like simulations.

"This is an exciting time for TOCA as we expand and reach a deeper soccer audience in the Pacific Northwest," said Eddie Lewis, TOCA founder and former 15-year professional. "The TOCA platform is helping players refine their game. I'm incredibly proud of TOCA's rapid growth and impact on player's development in the U.S. and internationally. While the training is challenging, it is also a lot of fun. I hope soccer players of all levels in the Northwest will come in and give TOCA a try."

TOCA is committed to the growth of the sport and plans to rapidly develop and open soccer training centers nationwide. With many exciting projects under development, the innovative technology deployed in the supplemental training will continue to expand and improve.
